How U-Haul Reviews WorkI rented a uhaul van and was told 2 different prices for mileage I was charged the higher amount . I was charged two different fees for how much gas was in the truck they said it should have been more but I had picture proof and time stamp I had the proper proof to be reimbursed but its the pricincal.(waiting for it to be posted) The lady when we walked in to get truck made the comment she was leaving and closing at 4:30 but hours said 5 she was agitated we got sent there from another office but ended up trying to be nice about it. I couldn't get the app to work I didnt sign any paperwork nor did anyone show me anything on the rental . This was one of the worst rental experiences I have had. When I called the phone on Saturday to make her aware and texted she called back and said to call on Monday not really willing to help when called back on Monday she couldn't explain to me the charges just told me to call another guy . He was very professional.
