Have trailer safety items checked out prior to rental …Firest trailer had turn signal lights cut apart at harness . Second trailer had 1 tire Very low air pressure and no way to inflate at location , and 6 hours later right side marker lights stopped working ! Units Lack maintenance ! This was not typical of my prior experiences with U- haul rentals .

Freddie C.Rented appliance dolly, handle for web strap was worn out and would not hold tension on appliance. Rented over the weekend and U haul store was not opened Sat. or Sun. Had to purchase a ratchet tie down strap at Walmart to secure the item to the dolly. Cause a delay and extra expense. Not happy.
