I had one of the best U-haul experiences picking up my truck at this location. Don't let the appearance the building throw you off. The interior is basically a mini museum...filled with memories and things of interest to the owner. The owner was very polite, friendly and helpful. Old school customer service. We need more of that.

Stephen MThe guy working this establishment was out right the best part of my experience with this u-haul. He was helpful friendly and very good at his job. Apon hauling the trailer the tire exploded and i waited on assistance upward of 2 hours. When I dropped the trailer off I was informed that I may be subject to owing $500 for not dropping it off to the specific "stars and stripes" location which I had never heard of after paying 200 for a one way trip to Georgia. Again the owner was not the problem and Id recommend going to his establishment for rental trailers, the problem here was u-hauls equipment and their lack of attention to detail on their equipment
