The location was open and tried calling someone there on the phone for over an hour to get assistance on returning my U-Haul and got no answer. I am old and not tech savvy so it took me another 30 to 40 minutes to go online to do the return process. Plus I have back problems and had no help to lift the trailer off my truck hitch.

Truck was stolen and never cleared and they still rented it out knowing that and refused to cancel it so I still have to pay for it after I was i look surrounded by cops because it wasn't cleared
