Location is fine. I didn't reserve in Gooding is the problem. I reserved equipment well in advance of my pickup date in Bellevue, ID. I received a late call on a Sunday, when I already had movers scheduled, so there was no way to change anything. I couldn't pick up the truck that day or move the mover times around. I drove two hours out of the way, on the most stressful of days, just to pick up the truck in a faraway town. This left my car stranded in Gooding. I had to drive another two hours round trip just to pick my car up later that day. I was late to the movers and they stayed extra at my expense. Van Dempsey gave me a partial reimbursement but it wasn't even close to covering the driving time expense, the extra gas from extra driving, and the additional mover cost. I emailed explaining this and received no response. This reservation was poorly executed logistics at best.
