DENNIS KThe van reeked of cigarettes. I was not able to use the air conditioner because of the smell - even after blasting on high to air it out. At the end of my movemy clothes and things smelled of cigarettes- Disgusting!
Alan HOvercharged me on mileage when the speedometer clearly was not valid before I left the pick-up site. This location needs to properly go through the process of checking the vehicles out & in when customers come to pick it up. I will be reaching out to corporate for the unprofessionalism and trying to scam on mileage.
