Although the van was new (Only 750 miles on it), the passenger side mirror was broken which in turn made the right turn blinker not work. This was documented before we took possession. The staff & process was very efficient & smooth.

You guys charge me 29 for gas but i refill the gas same level and return car to location but $29 charge me for gas
rene bThey lied about the gas level.When the was brought back, they did not come out with me to check and they lied about the mileage. I also bought one bottle of water and gatorade, and they charged me thirty dollars for it. I have pictures. Don't trust this place

Miro MI ordered 2 Dollies but there were none in the truck, I ordered 12 furniture pads but there were only 3. The gas tank was EMPTY, I ran out of gas trying to get to gas station and had to get help pushing the truck to the gas pump. This was the worst u haul experience I have ever had. Also the truck engine took several attempts to start every time I tried to turn it on - I may try a different rental company next time since all of this made it the worst moving experience if my life.
