I was charged a unexpected charge on my card after drop off. Was not notified as to what it was for.
David BNickel and diming your customers due to a few mile of overage. Is poor business. 150 miles is substandard free miles. Will use another company in the future.
Michael PThey charged me a deposit that was supposed to be refunded and was not able to receive it in any other form than check so now we are out 100 because of uhaul. The equipment we paid for was unusable. I will not recommend uhaul to anyone ever again.
