Nothing to do with location more so the truck as mention above I did not deal with anyone to tell you in they were helpful. It was self service, the key box was not easy to find and not clearly marked took us 5 mins to search for it.

This location is little more than an office staffed by a young lady who does nothing but sit behind a counter and a computer screen. She offered no assistance at all. As for the transport trailer itself, it was pretty beat up and the ratchet straps were almost non functional and should have been replaced. I had to use a lot of WD-40 to get them to operate.
Ron MDropped off after hours. Link i was sent to complete drop off did not work. Drop box for key was not clearly mark nor in a well lit area. I am glad my son was there, did not seem safe.
