Very friendly and helpful. But it was just her in the office so nobody helped me align the truck and trailer. I was not made aware that I would need to have my own jack to be able to detach them to get into the truck. That added a $200 unexpected expense to my rental.

The staff was great, but the truck was in poor condition. It ran very rough and on the final unload the back door snapped up and I could not get it closed. It was a very poor experience due to the truck condition.
