I did an app pickup and drop off. The app experience was horrible. I did have to call for help but you are put on a call list and called back in my case about 20 minutes later. Over all time to checkout was well over an hour and I lost a contracted job over this delay. The actual storage facility and staff was great but their support from Uhaul was horrible. I was an over 20 year customer but I will not be a loyal one moving forward.

MICHAEL GVery friendly and helpful. But it was just her in the office so nobody helped me align the truck and trailer. I was not made aware that I would need to have my own jack to be able to detach them to get into the truck. That added a $200 unexpected expense to my rental.
MICHAEL VThe staff was great, but the truck was in poor condition. It ran very rough and on the final unload the back door snapped up and I could not get it closed. It was a very poor experience due to the truck condition.
