The van was fine, was not cleaned by the prior person. The manger was made aware and new , offered to clean the van out, but I didn't have the time to wait, as I was on a schedule. I was not charged for this. The manger was very accommodating.
EVA MThey didnt have any Dollies that I had reserved, and the gave me the truck with 12 miles to empty. They also didnt adjust the reservation to take off the dollies I didnt receive, and didnt change my return time to the evening the following day as requested.
SAMANTHA SI was directed where to park the car-hauler by the rep, thanked for my patronage and away I went.
CHRISTOPHER BI rented the truck on line and when my brother arrived to pick it up he was swimming in more paperwork while I had people waiting. I could have done all of that paperwork on line. That was a disappointment. And what is a “vehicle license recovery fee”? We didn’t “lose” the license! If the Goodrich location had the truck I wanted I could have save $ on mileage
