Excellent service Very friendly Always trying to find a solution
TERRY LI was moving to Perth Andover from Saint John and had to travel 4hrs just to pick up the truck and then travel 4hrs back to Saint John to pack it up. I have a U-Haul dealer less than a km away from me that, at the time, had 3 other trucks in the size that I ordered where I should've been able to pick up the vehicle but someone at U-Haul thought that it was alright to make me travel all that way instead of having one delivered to a much closer location. The only thing that saved this horrible experience was Eric, the dealer that I dealt with in Grand Falls. He was incredibly nice and did everything he could to make the experience as painless as possible. Dealing with him was a pleasure, dealing with U-Haul's logistical policy was ridiculous. I would recommend Eric as a dealer to ANYONE but someone at U-Haul HQ needs to review their drop-off/pickup policy.
