No fault to Falls Service Centre but i was using the online renting for the first time and was switched 3 times the pick up location. My rental was at 9:00 am and i was only able to get the vehicle at 15:00 due to an online glitch that was stopping me to get the code for the lock. I was moving my mother from one senior home to another and could not delay my trip. It was a painful waiting experience that i do not wish to others.
YVETTE CI just dropped off the UHaul on Friday evening. I had no interaction with anyone.
Jeanne-Mance GLocation is a little far from the highway and could be marked better, still at a reasonably good place overall.
Dallas BThe truck was stuck in ice we could not get it out . we wasted an hour and finally got it out by buying a traction aid at candadian tire for 70$. We drove in a winter storm the next day and the wipers went out while driving in the storm. Both were dammage and not well fix. We had to ducktape them so they wouldn't fly away again.
