elizabeth C.The U-Haul policy of photographing your driver's license and sending it over the internet/cell network is rediculous and a recipe for identity theft and a practice I will not participate in. Even the return via cell phone proeedure was rediculous in that it constantly prompted me to create an account and wanted to send me an access code to my registered home phone number [land line - no text]!! Luckily these issues were sorted out and the agent was still there when I returned the rental but, rest assured, had these policy's been made clear during the on-line reservation process, I would not have proceeded and probably won't in the future! And to be clear, my issue is not with my neighbourhood location and/or agent, they were great, it is with the policies/practices of UH it's self!
