Uhaul had a broken Crack pipe and someone peed in thw back corner of the truck before I picked it up. Was not cleaned at all. Broken glass in the cup holder in the cab of the truck. Truck smelled like pee and drugs. Had to clean the truck myself as the employee was busy being angry at other customers. I will never book from here again. Not worth my money. Uhaul was also almost at empty for gas.

I rented a truck today from the Main St U-Haul location in Winnipeg, and the condition of the vehicle was completely unacceptable. The cargo area was extremely unsanitary. It smelled strongly of urine and appeared that someone had used it as a restroom. I had to clean the entire area myself and cover the floor with cardboard just to be able to place my belongings. The cab was also very dirty. There was cigarette ash all over the interior, including in the cup holders, and even cigarette butts left behind. It was clear that previous renters had been smoking inside. No customer should have to deal with this. A rental truck should be clean, safe, and ready to use. I would not recommend this location unless they seriously improve their cleaning and maintenance standar
Ehsan TThe pressure in the front left tire was low according to the message displayed on the dash. This could have been easily fixed before my arrival. Otherwise, everything else was excellent. Just a bit of a sketchy area.
Lorne GThe location was sooooo bad so bad customer service it was alone guy working there i waited in queue for my turn once my turn came he started helping me around 11:45 i was there at 11:30 he was helping me then was taking another customer he kept doing this shit and gave me key around 12:28 soo bad location
Anmol BThe vehicle is in the heart of ghetto. Did not feel comfortable picking up the unit or dropping it off. The vehicle was not cleaned and was covered in graffiti. The vehicle was picked up with 1/8th of tank of gas. The vehicle did not perform as though it had winter tires which extended my rental period substantially.
