They were very patient at first, i had a problem with my card and the woman was very patient with me but at drop off the man was very mean and overly aggressive and defensive and was angry i didnt put gas in the truck even though i told him i only drove 10 miles and the gas gauge didnt move, he argued with me over what seemed to be only $4 and also they added $15 insurance even though i declined it. Overall i would never use this location again and would advise others against it as they were not nice to me. It was a liquor store and i had much better service at an actual uhaul location.

The cab inside was clean but the trailer floor was dirty. Swept up a pile of wood pieces dirt and broken glass pieces. Door was frozen shut at pickup so I thawed it out once home. I have pics of trailer condition. I used my leaf blower and cleaned it out as good as possible before dropping it back off. Very nice people working at the pickup location. Helpful and friendly! I’d go here again for sure based on the staff alone. Truck had prior damage/blemishes but no leaks at all and drove very well.
Brent TTook an hour to get my UHaul. I was asked to maybe just leave and come back later or tomorrow since the person working didn’t know how to check my reservation. The person at the location realized the UHaul site was down so she told me that I needed to call, find out why it was down and figure out what we needed to do. No one told me anything about recording mileage. When I got in the car and turned it on, it had a quarter of a tank of gas. I drove it less than 20 miles and I’m being charged for a tank of gas! My vehicle I was given has a ton of broken glass in the back, ashes in the cab and smelled liked smoke, an empty Swisher Sweets wrapper in the cab. It was disgusting and the location did not clean it before renting it again. They should not be a dealer
