Had to wait and honk, plus leave messages to the company's voice mail just to be able to turn in the trailer. The person was not very welcoming or polite
Tracy DThey are closed on sundays and even the person on your help line didnt know that. My receipt showed this location for drop off but the text message from you showed a different location. Very confusing

LINDA RNot sure what to say, they had the trailer I needed available when I needed it, made it easy to pick up and helped me load it on. In so far is renting trailers go this was about as good as it gets I guess.
