It was really good service but I accidentally put a 1/4 too much and had no way of doing anything about that!! Sheesh

Marci is awesome!! We’ve used Uhaul in CA and never were they’re trucks as clean as these! Marci made the process so easy, she’s real nice too. We added helpers and Caleb and Nate were professional and cared about our possessions. Best move ever!!
MARLA WThe only reason not to suggest this drop off location would be lack of signage on the building stating it’s a U-Haul facility.
Britten WI was told this was a 24 hour drop off. I drove into town really late and really didn’t have a good spot to keep the trailer overnight. I went to drop it off and there was nowhere to drop it off. Everything was gated and locked up. I called the phone number and left a message and nobody ever responded to me not even the next day. I had to wait until the next morning when they opened around 9 AM to finally return it. This was extremely inconvenient as it sent me back on travel time. Should be 24 hour return like I was told. Ridiculous.
