Check-in was fast and efficient. Thanks!

We were advised at the time of the rental that we would be billed for 24 hours but that it would be deducted if we used less. We returned the rental an hour and a half later to be told the price was based off of mileage and therefore we wouldn't get any refunds. It's unfortunate that they have representatives providing customers false information.

Return process was flawless. Another 'paper-less' transaction.

Miranda was great and your guy in the yard made sure I got hooked up immediately. Showed me a quick easy way to check the lights - use the emergency flashers!

When we took the truck and got to the apartment and opened the back of the truck we noticed the zip ties to the dolly weren’t there so in the end we were charged for the dolly when we didn’t even use it.

Not necessarily a reflection of the actual location, more of a reflection of Uhaul as a whole. I had a bad experience with the roadside assistance. Locked my keys in, & for some reason AAA would not respond . U-Haul took over 2 hours so I had to go rent another car to make it to a funeral. Cost me an extra $166 for 4 hour use. Then had to wait 2.5 additional hours to get van unlocked when I returned. Then I wanted to drop at a different location and end the rental one day early, and they were going to charge me a $386 drop fee. I understand the negatives were highly circumstantial, but after this I will likely Go a different route than U-Haul.

My brother dropped off this trailer, so i was not there to give a more exact rating.

Vehicle was not well maintained. Damage to right front wheel well present. The hub was cracked. The employee who rented us the truck shortchanged is on the return time by 30 mins, and the return location entered was not the one we requested, which we didn’t realize until we we in town. Also, we were given 11 moving pads and not 12, which we didn’t realize until we returned the truck, which we then had to pay for.

It it taking too much time to paint the building and it ruined the customer experience.

It took almost 30 minutes to complete my reservation on Monday morning. When I arrived I was the only person in the office for a rental. Always before when I rent here it takes less than 15 minutes unless people ahead of me. I was very frustrated at the length f time it took the lady to enter my rental and then the system kicked it out and she had to print a copy. The guys outside are fantastic!

Have an actual photo of what the “Key Drop” looks like. I was looking for an orange box similar to the photo that was suggested on myuhaul.com and it the actual key drop was an open slot in a garage door with the words “Key Drop” written in a thick black sharpie/marker. Since it was after hours on a Sunday, I was thankful there was a cleaning crew there to show and as all I saw was the big sign about how to drop off after hours and the share box. I almost slipped the keys into one of the share box slots if it weren’t for the cleaning crew. Location of the store is great but location of the Key Drop is poor.

To make sure you tell the person renting if it is returned early the 0rice would be discounted.

The only thing that bothered me was the fact that I was charged $12 for 1/16 of a tank of gas. The gas level was 1/16 below the half tank gauge. I didn’t think $12 was necessary. Besides that, I had no issues with my visit!

Always excellent at Grapevine Moving and Storage!!

Customer service was dreadful. Employees were not trained well at all in using the computer system, and others were unhelpful and watched as my father (the only customer there) struggled to unhook the trailer at dropoff.

The rental van worked out great; was clean and ran well. Staff at the location is always pleasant to work with and the rental process at U Haul is far better than rental car companies (U Haul does not burden the customer with a ton of BS charges you pretty much can forecast up front what you're going to pay). If I had any critique about the location it would be the lack of parking which can be challenging with the combination of truck/trailer renters, the storage facility & retail operations for shipping supplies.

You have no control, but the painting and lack of customer parking without getting paint on your car was a pain. Thus, I would not recommend the location to a friend because they all have nice cars.

I left my truck in the parking lot and they covered it in plastic to protect it from overspray when they painted the building. It was a nice gesture but they must have used a whole roll of blue tape. It took me 20 minutes to get it all off of my truck which is now covered in tape residue. When I called to complain they did not seem to care. I was also charged extra mileage because they estimated it wrong. Not very happy about that.

Like to talk to someone about the truck. After I had to drive to three locations to get the truck.
