the wait in line is excruciating, one clerk working ....others sitting around

This place is the best! Customer service is top notch. We rented several trucks at the last minute on a busy weekend, and every single one was ready and available for us. We never had to wait for more than 1 customer in front of us, and the trucks were all clean, well maintained, and ready when we needed them. We will definitely be going back to this location for future moves. Keep up the great work!

I have rented from U-haul many times and have never been treated like this. I reserved to pick up trailer in Roanoke, TX two weeks before I needed trailer. I got a call the night before informing me that I needed to drive to Grapevine to pick up my trailer. Once I arrived it took 50 min to get trailer, paperwork and on the road although I filled out all the info before my arrival. never again.

I understand that a 100k miles truck will have some damages. But the driver door handle being broken that you can not close the door with it is unacceptable. I had rented the truck and only walked around it at 6.45pm. I could not take it our imidiatley. When I picked it up Sunday morning it was before opening time. I only drove it 17 miles for a longer trip this would have been bad because also you cannot rest your arm on teh broken handle.

Rate per mile is too expensive. Don't know if I would rent from U-haul again. The employee I dealt with was great.

I ordered furniture pads and were told they were in the van and of course they weren't. I called customer service and asked them to remove and was told they were. Of course they weren't and I was charged for them when I returned the van. It took me over an hour to get it fix and only one person knew what to do. That hour was a nightmare. Other than that it worked out okay.

Nothing wrong with your pick-sites ,your employees are very professional and courteous but your reservations needs a lot of work and is not up to date on all locations, point blank and the only way that I can describe it is they "Suck"!

The truck was sort of a piece of junk and difficult to drive. It had 207,000 miles on it. Probably time to retire it. I would still say it is well maintained, but the steering was extremely loose.

Because the truck had a 120,000 miles on it. The driver's seat was broken and wouldn't adjust properly for the driver. It ran fine, but it needed to be retired

I had to get a friend to use his half ton Tahoe to pull my car instead of my 3/4 ton truck because your computer said it wasn't compatible!!!! Horrendous!! Wasted a day because of that inconvenience

Edward H. on 7/10/2016

The overall experience was very good. The only issue is that the trunk had previous damage to the inside door which made closing the door slightly challenging. Overall this was a minor concern.

I rented the 10 foot bed truck. I was handed the keys after paying. I had to ask the employees to show me where the controls were,( ignition, parking break, how to open the rear door, where the gas tank fill up was, lights etc). When I learned the back does not lock, I purchased a padlock. A standard question before those trucks are released - Have you driven a truck before and would you like us to show you the controls, safety features, etc.

Did not appreciate being called to see if I could return the vehicle early because another customer needed it. It is not my problem if you overbook. While returning vehicle I overheard another customer stating that he had received the same call. I suppose it's your policy to try and get vehicles returned early so you can rent again within an overlapping time frame. Not very good customer relations. Tells me my rental is not as important as the next customer.
