The trailer was completely snowed in an not cleaned off. We rented a 26’ truck and car trailer. Neither were at the requested location. The truck had a number of points of damage that were not indicated to us until we pointed them out and the tires were bald. We had to drive over 1000 miles through bad weather VERY unsafe. Not impressed but cannot really do anything about it when you are on a time line. Truck came from the ORILLA ON.

The trailer was completely covered in snow. It took 20 minutes to shovel it out. The hitch and cables were also frozen in ice which took 30 minutes to get out. This ate into our moving time and delayed us. It also took 20 minutes to finish up in the office as the computer there was lagging so terribly.
CAMERON Jwrong mileage was charged and it was obvious!!! no one even question it, they just wanted to charge my card an outrageous amount. I will never use Uhaul again and I will not be recommending it to ANYONE!!!! there are other options people can use!!! your company turning everything into automated service sucks
Glenn DMy overall rating of poor isn’t because of the pickup or drop off personnel. My big issue is with U-Haul. I ordered and received confirmation that my pick up location would be Southampton, Ontario. (I live 2 blocks away). I was never informed that my pickup location was changed to Owen Sound. (35 minute drive). I only learned of the change because I logged into my account and saw this change. I think that U-Haul should be a little more proactive in informing the customer when change of location has occurred. This was a very frustrating experience. On a positive note, the personal in Southampton and also Owen Sound were very helpful if my questions and needs.
