The location was unable to find the keys for the 26' truck we rented and suggested we go to another location and get a 26' truck from them. We knew during the booking process that the (closer) location did not have a 26' truck available.

Disgusting location and the people didn’t care less. This location looks so bad on uhual. If I didn’t need the truck I would have never gone there. They barely spoke English and treated me like I was a second class person. Disgusting .
