Well the process was very straightforward with the exception of the fuel tank was not correct in the reading and I think when I tried to change it to the correct reading at 1/8 of a tank instead of 1/4 of a tank, the online process wouldn’t follow through to complete dispatch so I ended up leaving and then trying to do it later when I got to my destination and the system after I logged in, said that dispatch was complete which it never finalized on my end. I realize that this doesn’t have anything to do with the site or the customer service but the online process is what needs to be improved but overall it was a good transaction and the truck ran fine.
