I didn’t speak with anyone directly at this location, only ever dealt with people at different corporate locations and I wouldn’t recommend U-Haul to anyone.
Jamie FI reserved a 10' truck 3 days prior. Show up at 8am to pick up the truck only to find out Uhaul changed it to 20' truck. I specifically requested the 10' do to parking/driveway area there was no way a 20' would fit in the drive way for the move without sticking out into the busy roadway and getting hit. When I found out I was given a 20' the guys were able to figure it out for me and get me switched over to the 10' which was amazing but put me behind on schedule do to uhaul messing up my reservations.
