The guys at the pick up location was great. My experience with the scheduler on the phone and not from the location was rude and terrible. Stephanie was awful and I will not recommend uhual for that area specifically due to her.

No one available to receive trailer on return, i got the last space to leave equipment. I know it was Christmas eve afternoon, but closing entire day is unnecessary. Application quit working part way thru photo process. So, I left it, hoping for the best.
