The gentleman at the counter the manager was very helpful helped us lower the trailer on to my vehicle in the rain with no hesitation we were very grateful to him we for got his name but he was the only one there!!!

RICHARD YThe guys at the pick up location was great. My experience with the scheduler on the phone and not from the location was rude and terrible. Stephanie was awful and I will not recommend uhual for that area specifically due to her.
AUDRA MNo one available to receive trailer on return, i got the last space to leave equipment. I know it was Christmas eve afternoon, but closing entire day is unnecessary. Application quit working part way thru photo process. So, I left it, hoping for the best.
