Friendly, insightful and down to earth folk
James DService was fast, had to hook the trailer up ourselves. Every other time we have rented from U-Haul the location personnel have always taken care of that.

Stevie NI was overcharged 50 miles exactly. I took a pic of the odometer before I left. It had mileage of 70786.1. The contract has 70736.1. The “8” in the mileage was read a “3”.
