The location i picked up the truck from was fine. The issue was that wasn't the location I originally booked. I was called the morning before and told the new location. The location was an hour away from the original location which caused a two hour delay just picking up the truck. I wasn't satisfied with the experience I had with Uhaul.

Jeffrey WRental process is a joke. When the wrong key was in the box, I called the number listed and the guy was there in 2 minutes to straighten it out. Process is flawed.
