Smooth transaction from start to finish.
PAUL FI initially made the reservation at a different location (U-haul Neighborhood Dealers @ C& C customs). No one was there and no one would answer the phone at that location when attempting to pick up the trailer. After waiting, I started calling around to see if I could rent a trailer somewhere else, and the one I actually rented from in Greendale was able to help. When I told them what happened, I was told that happens at least 3 times a week for them. So you have un-usable rental equipment sitting at a location (C & C Customs) that is seldom attended, and never gets rented.....Not sure if you have any part of a contract with them that requires someone to be available...ever...
