Yes I was really confused, when I paid 70 plus dollars at first to rent it for a day and then on my way to return it put gas back in and then when I got back to there store they looked at mileage and charged me 60 more dollars so yeah, this ain't cool because I puts quite a bit of gas back in it and then they charged me more, we'll I promise I want be back and definitely want recommend them to anyone.... Kimbal MYou guys hammered me with mileage for $80. You had my destination and my address. How could you quote me so low and hit me hard on the back end? that's called FRAUD. Never will recommend U-Haul to anyone; matter of fact, I will post on every website I can find to let people know this scam you pulled.
MITCHELL SEverything was simple and easy. The staff were friendly. I ended up picking up earlier than I thought and they were quick to fix an issue with a fuse I had.
