U Sav Auto Center was fine to deal with. My issue is why UHaul did not include a spare tire with the trailer rental. I had a flat tire on Interstate and had to wait quite a while to get the tire replaced. This cost me a lot of time lost. If UHaul included a spare, I would have changed the flat and been on my way. Other than that, it was fine.

Kimberly HThey need to INSPECT the equipment better ! The rachet straps that go around the tires of the vehicle on trailer -- THE RACHETS NEED TO BE OILED EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE ! SIMPLE, I sprayed W-D40 on them to get them to work correctly !
