Pickup & drop location was changed to 45 minutes away for both. Not ideal for me.

Was very timing consuming going through process of getting key from key box/retrieving where code was located and then finishing the final process using mobile; uhaul app; took about 40 mins to complete process. The business was closed and would not like to have that experience again.
