I rented from the Gate City location last year and swore I would never use U-Haul again. It was a horrible experience! I decided to give this location a try and I am so happy I did. It completely changed my opinion. The associate checked us in quickly and was extremely professional and courteous. The equipment was ready for us and the return process was easy as well. I would highly recommend THIS LOCATION if you're in need of a U-Haul.
