Checking the truck in they did not even talk to me, they knew I hit the canopy I told them I did however they did not want to discuss until after they handed me the bill. It took a long time to get paperwork together and check me out

KOAMEY FThe truck that I had was perfect , the inside was clean, but the padlock did not work, The key fit ,but did not open the lock . so I could not start my moving yesterday as planned because I could not lock up the truck. I lost half a day’s work , because of faulty equipment . I have been renting trucks from this location for years. This is the first time I have been unable to use the lock.
