the vehicles are not well kept inside or outside. outside filthy with mud and in back actually some type of medicatiion pills on floor showing the vehicle had not been inspected or even looked at when last returned.

Waited over an hour and twenty minutes to check out. The key was missing to the back lock. I would not recommend this location. It’s a vape shop posing as a U-Haul rental center. Untrained personnel at the counter. Had multiple computer problems. We were the only persons in the store. Very bad experience.
