I'm not sure if it's location issue, but my experience was less than stellar due to several issues. It began with the online check in process taking over 45 mins in the app. the location was not open and this was my only option It reset several times in the middle of the check in. Once it was finally completed I did not receive the key lock code. I sent a text message and asked for help in the app. I did not receive a response in the app. I did recieve a reply text message 1 hr and 45 minutes later. By this time I reset the app 3 times and was able to retrieve the keys. It was not clear what truck was mine. They are not well marked. The truck was covered in snow. The wipers were streaky. Once I got home I discovered that I had a furniture dolly instead of the appliance dolly I ordered. Overall frustrating and poor experience. Not likely to utilize this service with my full move in a couple of months. Disappointed with the experience.
