My first issue is my reservation was canceled less than 12 hrs before pickup. Second I was called by a uhaul rep that made a new reservation for the same size truck at a different location for a later time.when I arrived the truck was not available. After waiting for 30 mins, I decided to go to the original location where my reservation was. After arriving I noticed the truck that I requested was parked but no one was available due to them being closed for lunch. I called the number listed on the building for assistance and did not get an answer soI called the uhaul rep back to ask if I could rent the truck i see parked. The rep made the reservation and advised me they were out to lunch and would open back up at 1pm. That was fine as it was close to 1 anyway. I waited over 45 minutes for the building to re open or someone to return from lunch. After waiting, I decided to return to the first location but they were closed. So I then returned to the business that was out to lunch. The door was still locked & the out to lunch notice was still up. I decided to wait a little longer. About 10 minutes later someone appeared and told me his brother handles the uhaul rentals and he's not there. He then advised me to call the number on the building which I replied that I have and have not gotten a answer. He the proceeds to tell me that when someone is late picking up the truck the reservation is canceled. I then proceed to explain to him that I was not late, that I have been sitting out in the parking lot from 12:37 until after 1:30. Even though the rep said they open back at 1, the notice on the door said 1:15. I decided to give the number on the building a call again. Finally someone picks up and I explain to him what is going on and instead of being empathetic to his poor customer service and after going verbally back and forward with him about me not being late or him not answering the phone he very rudely says "ma'am do you still need the truck or not?" After having my original reservation canceled and then re reserving and truck not being available to having to argue with someone that was not physically there, it was too much. The rep quoted me a price and when I told him thats not the price I was quoted, he proceeds to tell me she can't do that because the truck is a rotating truck. After the poir service i received it should have been free!! Uhaul needs to vet these business that they contract out with. This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this service to anyone, well not in this area ever.

Angela HGas was left at 1/4 of a tank. When I rented from the Bowling Green location, it was given to me on full. I was forced to pay $70 in gas on return.
