Terrible, just very bad. Never received any instructions at all. I was told there would be moving blankets and there were none. The truck was out of gas and the gentleman told me there was a 1/4 tank of gas. We went right to the closest gas station as it really was empty. Did not get a walk around looking at the exterior condition of the truck. Check out took forever, close to 1 hour.

The vehicle had been heavily smoked in, wasn’t cleaned before I picked it up. I’m still dealing with the migraine from the cigarette smoke.
