Gas was only 1/8 th tank. I requested counter pick up, no one ever came. I ended up doing it online. The inside of the cab was dirty. The cargo area had not been swept.

total screw up on reservation, store was closed and we waited to get truck. Had to call uhaul and verify documents online to get truck. No communication from U haul other then they changed the pickup site. No equipment i ordered was in the truck so had to make do with what ever i could find. Pushed my schedule out with movers. cost me $$$ to rent truck.
