I was just wondering why I was told that any miles past/over 30 miles would be $1.09. I was below 30 miles traveled (28 miles traveled). I was charged $1.09 for the 28 miles I traveled.
John SThey over charged me for .miles then took 781 out of my account and im in the middle of moving and now have to wait for the refund to post b4 I can get my money back.
VICTORIA DThe location was closed (after 5pm). It was hard to find because the U-Haul signs were hard to see and there was only one U-Haul truck in the back in a parking lot that didn’t look like it belonged to the business. I did see several other U-Haul vehicles behind a building across the street but still hidden from the Main Street.
