I went to pick up my truck from the address given, the girl told me they should’ve called me and that it had been moved to another location. I picked this location because it was next to my house. I drove across town to go pick it up and I wasn’t able to access my code. I had to call the number and was transferred to four separate people before someone finally said it hadn’t been fully scheduled/submitted on their end. After she pushed it through I was able to access my truck but it was a pain and we wasted 45 minutes driving around and on hold trying to find someone who could help us.
