I only rented the truck for 3 hours, I had it back 3 hours early and they are such scum bags that they charged me a $20 after hours fee. How can they even do that when I had it back at 3pm and it wasn't due until 6pm. They are open until 8pm. Then they charged me $15 for some protection that I didn't submit on original order. Then I took pictures of how filthy the truck was and they charged me a $25 cleaning fee. What a joke. Do not use this location ever. Worst experience ever. They literally stole $60 from me. This is really sad that a reputable business is able to conduct themselves like this. Smh

The truck was filthy, smelled like smoke on the inside, the steering was loose, and engine had very little power. Overall experience with uhaul was good but the this was the worst truck I ever rented.
Steve RWe dropped truck off after hours.
DAVID CAll was fine as is.
KATHY LThis was a third party location. The gentleman I dealt with was kind and courteous, but the truck was not ready to go when I received it. I had to ask for something to take the couple inches of snow off the back door in order to check the inside of the vehicle. When I finished cleaning off the door, the back was dirty. It had not at all been cleaned, not mopped, and not swept, but I needed the large truck so I decided to take it anyway since no other locations had one nearby. Then I leave the lot and the steering wheel of the large 26' truck had to be held 10'oclock for it to drive straight. Whatever location had this last and transferred to this place should not have signed off on it.
