They charged me twice on my credit card

hunter rWe want to pick the truck up Friday and the system was down it wouldn't take my pictures of the truck and the app told me that is infected didnt submit the picture we would be responsible for all damages. So we left the truck there even though the system said it was dispatched. The next day we called u haul and talked to someone who made a note about it and told us to tell the guy at the location so he could fix the price because we were to have it for two days and didnt get the two days thw guy didnt even check the system to see the note or try to fix anything.
ANTHONY MI only rented the truck for 3 hours, I had it back 3 hours early and they are such scum bags that they charged me a $20 after hours fee. How can they even do that when I had it back at 3pm and it wasn't due until 6pm. They are open until 8pm. Then they charged me $15 for some protection that I didn't submit on original order. Then I took pictures of how filthy the truck was and they charged me a $25 cleaning fee. What a joke. Do not use this location ever. Worst experience ever. They literally stole $60 from me. This is really sad that a reputable business is able to conduct themselves like this. Smh
