the dolly was not in the truck and the truck was in bad shape to drive can clean but truck not mechanically sound

RANDAL JScary drop off location - no one onsite to help. no clear directions on site on what to do. I still have not received my confirmation of drop off receipt - online drop off did not work. I left a dolly in the front seat we did not need or use that was pressured to buy since the pick up location did not have any to rent. Unacceptable service which i am not use to with Uhaul. I have used Uhaul 3 times this year and this was the worst customer service.
WILLIAM HYall charged me for 2 days but i only had it for 13hrs therefore you double charged me and u double charged me on the safe ride insurance. Ill never use uhaul again. Ill walk across town carrying what am moving before using uhaul again
Rudolph MFor starters, I was told the day before my truck reservation that my original location didn’t have my equipment and it was moved 4 miles further to this location. When I called to ask about adding those additional miles so I wouldn’t have to pay for something that was forced on me, the person I spoke to was quite rude to me about it and I don’t know if they actually applied those extra miles or not. Go listen to the “recorded for training and quality assurance purposes” call if you want proof of this. On top of that, when I arrived for the mobile pickup, the video instructions and the app didn’t match. That landed me on the phone with customer service again while my family sat in the car in the parking lot of this dangerous gas station where they were loitered at by the sketchy patrons while I was simply trying to figure out how to get access to my truck rental. This also led us to being late for a piece of furniture we were going to pickup by 30 minutes. Also, there wasn’t an appliance dolly which I was charged for which made moving much harder. ALSO the app must have glitched or something because later that evening the drop off location was showing the pickup location which I spoke to a live chat agent who was unable to help me. A little while later the drop off location mysteriously changed back to where it was supposed to be. Whether the agent did something or it was a glitch on the app, I don’t actually know. With all of that said, this was hands down the worst uhaul experience I have ever had. I’m disgusted by how little the company seems to care for the safety of my family, the ease of my move, the responsibility of making sure all equipment was on the truck and the poor integration of technology for pickups/returns and other information that is needed during a move. The reason I’ve included all of this information is that many of the issues that happened seem to be from this issue. I will not recommend Uhaul to anyone ever again and certainly won’t be using it again. If you all do right by me and my family some way, (by at least making sure that I’m not charged for those 4 miles and refunding me for equipment I paid for but didn’t receive) I would greatly appreciate that.
