Tired of apps. Not everything should be an app. I wanted a dolly to move dryer/washer but never got the option. If I had someone to talk to that could have been resolved. Location had lots of trucks, that was good. Took me 20 min to get the key. Truck had lots of cardboard inside the box. Inside was dirty. Stereo was at vol 11 when I turned it on. Motor sounded like it wasn't going to finish my rental time. Return was nice its a gas station so dropped a few $$ of gas in it. I of course brought it back cleaner than I got it. Not against the location but ill never use uhaul again. The app is not user friendly. I lost 3 hrs of my day trying to rent a truck that I wasn't able to get a dolly for. Return the app wouldnt complete my return. Its been 2 days and im still not closed out. Repeat last time renting from uhaul.

It would be easier to pick up the trucks if they are parked facing out.

JOHN BThe app was horrible had to call and message multiple times through the app needed the Uhaul at 2:30 didn’t get it until 3 or 4 then getting charges for it being returned on the same day at 6 all because the app kept pushing me father behind on pick drop off even worse with them saying I still had the Uhaul on the 19th even though I called and emailed and messaged multiple people multiple times. I better get reimbursed everything they kept charging and any additional fees for all my troubles I will not be using Uhaul again.
