the truck was empty (3 miles to Empty) and the truck was ok but not clean just average the lady at the store was help full, I think that the truck should at lease have enough gas to let you start your trip with out having to put gas in it. not great.

The mobile experience was not good. The lock was rusted and very hard to open. I had to be guided to another lock. It took 45 min to get checked in and 30 to check out. I thought mobile would be quicker and more efficient but it was not.
Tiffany HTired of apps. Not everything should be an app. I wanted a dolly to move dryer/washer but never got the option. If I had someone to talk to that could have been resolved. Location had lots of trucks, that was good. Took me 20 min to get the key. Truck had lots of cardboard inside the box. Inside was dirty. Stereo was at vol 11 when I turned it on. Motor sounded like it wasn't going to finish my rental time. Return was nice its a gas station so dropped a few $$ of gas in it. I of course brought it back cleaner than I got it. Not against the location but ill never use uhaul again. The app is not user friendly. I lost 3 hrs of my day trying to rent a truck that I wasn't able to get a dolly for. Return the app wouldnt complete my return. Its been 2 days and im still not closed out. Repeat last time renting from uhaul.
Eric LIt would be easier to pick up the trucks if they are parked facing out.
Randal MIt was a convenience store, and not a clean one, but the personnel were very nice and helpful.
