I originally spoke to a rental less than 1/4 mile from the location where I needed it, but when I received my confirmation, the pickup location had changed and was 4.5 miles away. The 10’ truck was advertised as $19.99/day, and I realize that was without tax, but my bill ended up being $49.93. I think the majority of the unexpected increase came from the $15 “Safe Move” charge, which was something I didn’t want and was not asked about. I feel like the advertised rate was a mis-representation of the actual charges. The truck itself ran well and filled our needs. It did have low air pressure in one of the tires though.

Truck itself was clean but very noisy, so much so it gave me a huge headache and my ears are still hissing, and no cruise control which was a big problem for a 6 hour drive

Davilin SMe robaron dinero por que le puse gasoline le dije a la persona que lo cheque antes de irme y no queso para dos dias despues decir que le falto gasolina. They stole my money because I put gas in the truck. I told the person to check it before I left, but they didn't want to. Two days later, they sent me a receipt saying they were out of gas. And I have my receipt.
