My truck pickup location was changed twice shortly before move day, even though I booked more than a month in advance. It added extra stress and extra driving distance during an already busy move. I also specifically confirmed by phone that my reserved equipment would still be available after the location change, but the furniture dolly I reserved was not there when I arrived. Thankfully I had my own cart with me, otherwise the move could have become a major problem. The staff at the final pickup location were fine, but the overall reservation and inventory system was frustrating and unreliable.

I would not recommend this location to anyone else because it took forever for me to get a receipt, also when I called to check to see why haven’t I gotten a receipt. I was told that first that I will get a receipt by midnight the day of the rental. Then when I called the next day it was early morning and it was said they didn’t have enough people to process, the whole day I made several phone calls to find out when I was gonna get my receipt I was told every time waiting to be process, waiting to process so no I would not recommend this place to no one again ever.

Mark PI originally spoke to a rental less than 1/4 mile from the location where I needed it, but when I received my confirmation, the pickup location had changed and was 4.5 miles away. The 10’ truck was advertised as $19.99/day, and I realize that was without tax, but my bill ended up being $49.93. I think the majority of the unexpected increase came from the $15 “Safe Move” charge, which was something I didn’t want and was not asked about. I feel like the advertised rate was a mis-representation of the actual charges. The truck itself ran well and filled our needs. It did have low air pressure in one of the tires though.
Robert PTruck itself was clean but very noisy, so much so it gave me a huge headache and my ears are still hissing, and no cruise control which was a big problem for a 6 hour drive
