No one was present at thr site when we arrived. When someone came they didn't have a key to open, and had to keave for30 minutes, When he returrned we had to wait while they removed 13 trolleys of boxes and saddles in order to get to the computer to process our request,,, THIS was all AFTER we had spent 4 visits to a MIDGARD office and spoken with 4 different vitual people who were worthless. I hope INEVER havr to use U-HAUL again and will certainly share this awful customer experience with my many friends in the hope of spaaring them what we went thought.
