This place is hard to get into and hook up when its pouring rain. The guy running it did fine, did the explanations, hooked up all in the rain and mud. Location is not paved.Donald G.

The woman got in the truck with me, saw that the person who had the UHaul before me did NOT fill the gas tank back to FULL, but proceeded to let me leave with the truck. Upon arrival to the drop off destination, I was told I would be charged $200 if I did not put the tank on FULL. The tank was NEVER on full. The woman in GREENWOOD, SC even got in the truck to verify. But once it was discussed that I would be charged & for me to DISPUTE the issue, she proceeded to LIE & say someone could've stolen gas from the UHAUL. It was very unprofessional. I will NEVER go back to UHaul of Greenwood. This was the absolute worst experience . UHaul also sent us to 3 different storage units (one being too small, one already being locked & rented out, etc;) it was the most horrible experienceDESTINY J.

Started calling at 8am no answer (said he'd been there since 7;30 called several more times but no answer decided to drive to location at 10am. Had to wait for him to wait on customer and answer phone. Finally got our truck at 11:58am.Jan L.
I had a bad experience overall. The night before I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle, I was called by the owner of the business who told me the truck I had reserved was already booked by someone else. He offered a 26' truck at the same price, but we only needed the smaller truck. However, we felt we had no choice since we needed to move my daughter that day. When we arrived for the pickup Saturday morning, the truck we had reserved was sitting there, but he again said it was reserved by someone else. It took almost an hour to go through the process of picking up the truck. It was very difficult to park the large truck at her apartment complex in order to unload, and it was about 3 times bigger than we needed. It also cost more in insurance and gas for the bigger truck. I was also charged for moving blankets even though I said I didn't need them, then wasn't even provided with the moving blankets at all. Overall, just a terrible experience. I won't rent a U-haul again unless I have no other choice.Gordon G.
