YVENEL RI got into a verbal dispute with and agent when I returned the truck to different location. Previously, the rental agent told me that I had to return the truck back to the pick up location. I didn't understand why because that would be extra gas and inconvenient but I agreed. When I picked up the truck. The person told me that I could drop it off at a CLOSER location since I was going one way. Now they want to charge me 250.00 for dropping it off at another location. I called while dropping it off and appreciate the agents response OR attitude when explaining that, I was told I can drop it off there. I'm looking into legal matters with an attorney because she said she was going to charge me 250.00 for wrong drop location even though I was told I could drop it off there. She sounded like they were trying to SCAM me for extra money for no reason.
