Guy said it was his side hustle and didn't care. Forced me to download an app which I greatly wanted to avoid technology just to hand me a key to a truck but didn't go over any information. He didn't show me the truck which had ZERO gas in the tank. The tailpipe was fuming. Some mystery gunk on the rollup closure along with trash in the main compartment side door. I was told via text I was going to upgrade to a 20' from my 15' truck but only got a 10' which was not big enough. Was forced into doing multiple trips and getting charged extra for his negligence and poor customer service.
