The employees were great. The location has too much under maintenance. I had to wait while a different machine was used to load a truck for the other business at this location. Therefore, I had to pay my movers for extra time. This was due to the location’s lack of redundancy in equipment- the employees were doing a fine job given the circumstances. I’d say it’s an example of maximizing profit over providing solid service. Minor note- receipt could not be printed in a reasonable amount of time so I took an electronic only receipt, which made me uncomfortable. It worked out fine, but it’s not best practice. Again, equipment failure, not employee problem.
