CAROL JI would have appreciated a description of the excessive tax. Why was it 17% - there is no sales tax in Oregon? Also, the right mirror was incredibly loose and if you set it - it vibrated out making it useless. Since I was driving alone, I could not fix it. The people working were helpful and it would be nice if you asked that on both ends and not just for return.
