I didn't get any blankets provided to cover glass covered cabinet and an antique mirror. I requested 10 on my order.
REBECCA MIf not for Mr. Glenn and Mr. Chris from uhaul customer support on the phone, I would have cancelled during pickup. It was a incredibly frustrating experience at this location. Not only did they not confirm the van rental I had , when I got upgraded to the 10-ft truck I was also told from customer support that, that reservation changed did not get inputted overall highly unprofessional.
Sara MThe U-Haul was unlocked and the back was open upon pickup so the floor of it was wet so our items ended up becoming damp in transit. The handtruck and appliance trolley that was reserved and paid for was not in the truck. I was still charged when returning the truck even though images during pickup included that the items were not there and drop off marked that they still weren’t there. Having a way to garentee that the items reserved were in the truck prior to prevent an unnecessary charge would be greatly appreciated.
