The service was great
Herbert STrying to pick the trailer tongue up off the ground to connect it is almost impossible for a single person. They need to have a jack available or someone to help with connecting the trailer.
Dan Hstaff including uhaul office is not friendly and reluctant to help. hours & office building are inconvenient if you need help. they were not on site. they are next door. expensive if you need help.
