While driving the uhaul from the apartment I packed in, to my new house, I experienced transmission issues with the truck. The truck would not get above 30mph. And it took me approximately 20 seconds to get from 0 mph to 30mph. At one of the stop lights I had to stop at, I was not sure if the truck was going to be able to accelerate. Luckily, my house was only a few miles away from my new house so we were able to make it. After I unpacked and went to return the truck, the truck would not accelerate at all. For several minutes, It was completely stuck in the middle of the road. I had to put it in reverse and inch it over to the side of the road in order to get it out of the middle of the road. This added multiple hours to my moving day. The auto shop where I rented it from also called me the next morning asking where the uhaul was, so they were not notified of what happened.

Lucinda TI wasn’t informed that it was closed on weekends when I asked for in-person assistance to pickup. The inside of the back of the truck was dirty. I was charged $26 to return it to a location closer to my storage unit, when your website should have offered that as a choice.
