The staff was friendly. My only 2 issues with this specific location is parking availability and that the associate handling the rental transaction was late. There are quite a few other businesses in this area, so parking is a bit challenging. Otherwise, the truck and equipment met my expectations.
Timothy CThe gentleman that assisted me was very nice and courteous. I reserved for 12 hours and he suggested doing 24 since it was same price. Glad I did because I was able to drop it off in the morning after a long hard day and avoided extra charges. Thank you!
